Media Echo: Multifaceted Perspectives on the Friedensmal

The public relations work surrounding the Friedensmal has found diverse resonance in the media. From the laying of the foundation stone to the most recent developments, the coverage reflects the various facets and stages of the project's evolution. Whether it's participation in the Leadership Mission of the Yad Vashem organization in Israel or local recognition by hikers and groups of retirees, the media reports offer a comprehensive insight into the project's reach and significance. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the project has been entirely privately funded, a fact clarified in a letter to the editor in response to accusations of wasting taxpayer money. The reports range from local to broader levels and demonstrate how the Peace Monument is perceived as a place for encounter and contemplation.
